Horror met ve-tsin, de smaakversterker. Iedere plot-wending is veelal aan
te zien komen, maar het is de production value die hier telt. Geen humor
waar die niet past, bombast waar die werkt. Afwerking in enscenering, met
vaart. Het verhaal beginnen met kunst en dood is meestal een slecht plan,
maar wordt hier onderdeel van de spanning. De voice-over aan het eind (voor
zij die TE DOM zijn) is als het misplaatste chocolaatje na het leegvreten
van de Chinese menukaart. Toch verlaat men met een lichte tred de bioscoop.
